01. About me

I'm an IT Support Engineer at Amazon in Jacksonville, Florida, where I keep network infrastructure and end-user devices running in a high-volume warehouse environment. I've been with Amazon since January 2020, starting as an IT intern, and I rebuilt the JAX2 warehouse IT stack end to end, from Cisco switching and fiber to every workstation on the floor.

Before IT, I spent eight years in restaurants, and 12+ years of customer service shaped how I approach support: listen first, fix it right, and document it so the next person can pick it up. I bring customer obsession, ownership, and high standards to every ticket, refresh, and rollout.

Outside of work, I volunteer with the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC), helping deploy IT infrastructure and keep critical communications running when communities are hit by disasters.
